The brass version turned my board from feather-light to properly planted on the desk, which completely changed how stable it feels while typing. The extra heft also made the keystrokes sound a touch deeper, exactly the subtle shift I was hoping for.

The multicolor PVD coating looks almost too good to hide under the keycaps, and the extra heft from the brass version is exactly what my setup needed. It took maybe two minutes to install and the board now sits rock-solid on my desk, with a noticeably deeper, denser clack on the bottom-out.

The brass insert really does its job—my keyboard feels noticeably more solid on the desk, and the extra heft gives the keystrokes a deeper, more muted thud than before. Took about five minutes to install, and the weight difference is immediately obvious.
