Att bygga Tempo med ett lödkretskort kräver extra verktyg (en lödkolv) för att installera switchar. Det möjliggör dock fler layouter.

Hotswap-kretskorten kräver inga extra verktyg och gör det enkelt att byta switchar tack vare Kailh hotswap-socklar som är förlödda på kretskortet.

Både hotswap- och lödkretskort är endast trådbundna.

The extra layouts are the main reason I chose the solder version, and they don't disappoint. Just know you'll need a soldering iron and a steady hand before you start, but the flexibility is worth the effort.

The solder PCB is a nice middle ground if you don't mind busting out the iron; the extra layouts it unlocks are worth the effort. Just remember you'll need to buy a soldering iron separately, which I almost forgot.
