De lattice-blokmontage combineert Carbon's DLS-printproces met Voronoi-lattices voor een dromerige, flexibele type-ervaring. De montageblokken schuiven over de lipjes die uit de rand van de plaat steken. De plaat- en PCB-samenstelling met bevestigde montageblokken wordt in het toetsenbordchassis neergelaten en vastgezet in de bovenkast wanneer de onderkast wordt geïnstalleerd. Een lichte overlap van het montageblok tussen de boven- en onderkast zorgt voor enige isolatie/demping tussen de boven- en onderkasthelften van het toetsenbord voor een natuurlijke "force break".

The lattice blocks swap in easily, and the firmness difference between the five types is subtle but real — I settled on the middle option for daily typing. Took me a couple of days to find my sweet spot, but once I did, the feel is noticeably more stable than the stock setup.
