The perforated layer is a game changer—my keyboard sounds noticeably deeper and more muted now. I’ve been flipping pieces in and out all week just to hear the difference.
Took about ten minutes to swap in the thicker pieces under the spacebar and the difference is immediate—the thock is deeper and the rattle is gone. The variety of cutouts means I could fine-tune each row instead of settling for a one-size-fits-all pad.
The mix of pieces covers every gap on my board, and the denser pads really tightened up the bottom-out sound more than I expected. Took maybe ten minutes to layer everything in, and now the typing feel is exactly the muted thock I was chasing.
