Took about two minutes to swap out the old ones and they lock into those milled slots with a satisfying click. No adhesives means I can move them between setups without leaving any residue, and my desk setup finally stays put.
The friction fit into the milled slots is so clean, they click in place and don't budge a millimeter. I was worried about them sliding around, but they hold the Encore steady even when I'm typing aggressively. Worth the upgrade if you've got a slick desk surface.
Noticed the desk was starting to show little scratches from the old feet sliding around, so these were a welcome swap.
