The return stroke on these is genuinely bouncy, not mushy like other linears I've tried. I grabbed the 90-pack for my Eighty and the ultra-smooth feel makes long typing sessions noticeably easier on my fingers.
I was skeptical about the "bouncy" claim, but they really do have that springy return after the press. The smoothness is consistent across all 70 switches I installed, and they dropped straight into my board without any fuss. Typing feels lively now, not mushy at all.
The factory lube job is spot-on—these feel buttery right out of the box, and that bouncy bottom-out is exactly what the description promises for my Sonnet. I bought the 90-pack and had zero wobble or scratch on any of the 70 I’ve installed so far.
