Stavba Sonnetu s pájitelnou DPS vyžaduje další nástroje (páječku) pro instalaci spínačů. Umožňuje však další rozložení.

DPS pro hotswap (pouze ANSI) nevyžaduje žádné další nástroje a umožňuje měnit spínače za běhu. Budete však moci použít pouze určitá rozložení a plnou desku.

Hotswap i pájitelné DPS jsou pouze drátové.

The solder PCB opened up way more layout options than I expected, and my soldering iron got plenty of use this weekend. Once the switches are in, the board feels rock solid, and I love that I wasn’t locked into ANSI only.

The extra layouts on the solder PCB are a big win for me — I swapped in a 7u spacebar and arrow cluster without any trouble, though my soldering iron got a solid workout. If you're not into soldering, the hotswap being ANSI-only is a fair tradeoff for the convenience.
